To provide comprehensive services to over 8,000 families who live with the unpredictable effects of multiple sclerosis and to fulfill the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s mission to “end the devastating effects of multiple sclerosis.”

• Adult Day Health Program – MS Achievement Center
• Clinics – Rochester MS Center; MS Clinic at the Center for the Disabled (Albany); MS Clinic – UHCC Neurology (Syracuse)

Locations
The National Multiple Sclerosis Society Upstate New York Chapter is headquartered in Rochester, NY at the Al Sigl Center’s Wolk Campus and has branches in Albany, Binghamton, Syracuse and Poughkeepsie.
