William F. Weir, Esq. has been re-elected Chairman of the Al Sigl Center Board of Trustees. Mr. Weir is a partner in the law firm Nixon Peabody LLP, where he has focused his practice in public finance.

The remaining slate of elected officers include: Vice Chair Andrew Gallina, president of Gallina Development Corp., Vice Chair Barbara J. Purvis, president of Essex Hotel Management, Inc., Secretary Peter Mendick, co-owner of Imperial Garden Apartments, Treasurer Donald Soule, president of LPA Systems, Inc. and President Daniel M. Meyers, president of Al Sigl Center

Mr. Weir resides in Pittsford, Mr. Soule resides in Fairport and the remaining officers are all Rochester residents.

Al Sigl Center is a unique community partnership of eight caring agencies-each operating independently in program services, budget and staff-but passionately working together to improve the lives of over 70,000 kids and grownups with disabilities in the Greater Rochester area. The other agencies are; The Arc of Monroe County, CP Rochester, Epilepsy Foundation of Rochester-Syracuse-Binghamton, Mary Cariola Children's Center, Medical Motor Service, National Multiple Sclerosis Society - Upstate New York Chapter, Rochester Hearing & Speech Center and Rochester Rehabilitation Center.
